The IT Identity Management portal allows employees and contractors to activate new Charter network accounts, reset or change passwords, validate identities or manage existing network accounts. Please choose from the options below to get started.

You must be connected to the Charter Network in the office, VPN or VDI to manage your account, reset your password or verify your identity.

*NOTE: Mac computers use an extension called Kerberos Single-Sign On to ensure the Charter network password is synched between the computer and the domain. On your menu bar, click the key icon and select "Change Password" to accomplish the password change. Learn more >
